Before you write
Where are my tickets?
Check the inbox you used at checkout, including spam. Tickets are scanned from your phone at the gate — no printing needed. Every guest also signs a waiver online before arriving.
Is the park open today?
Hours change by season and weather closures happen at 5,600 feet. The hours calendar is always current, and closures are posted there and on social media as soon as we know.
I left something behind.
Lost & Found is in the Security Office in the main admissions building. Call 909-744-9933 and describe the item and the date of your visit.
