Tickets + your visit

Your day at SkyPark

How much is parking?

Parking is $15 per vehicle, pre-purchased online with your ticket or paid at the door. Parking is free for current Annual Passholders.

What is included with admission?

Your ticket is general admission — available activities, rides and entertainment such as shows, character performances, parades and live music. Extra fees apply to bike and helmet rentals, stroller and wheelchair rentals, cookie decorating, professional photographs (you're welcome to take your own), mining pay dirt, Mountain Movers, the Candy Mine, crafts and the Adopt-A-Reindeer experience.

What should I wear or bring?

Closed-toe shoes are required for the majority of our attractions, and socks are required for skating. If you're mountain biking, helmets are required (rental helmets available for a fee); elbow pads, knee pads, gloves and eye protection are highly recommended. Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate layers and bring a refillable water bottle — outside food is not permitted.

Can my child enter the park without an adult?

Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a guest 15 years of age or older.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed inside SkyPark. Service animals are permitted within ADA guidelines only; emotional support, therapy, comfort, companion animals and animals in training are not considered service animals under the ADA. For safety, service animals are not permitted on any mountain bike trail and may be prohibited from certain attractions.

What electronic devices are allowed?

Take all the photos you like on your phone or camera for personal use — no outside flash on DSLR cameras inside Santa's House. Drones are strictly prohibited anywhere on SkyPark property, including the Bike Park and the Camp + RV Resort; flying one may cost you your Day Ticket or Annual Pass. Professional photography, photo shoots and filming need prior permission from events@skyparksantasvillage.com.

Will it be the same as I remember as a kid?

We have endeavored to capture the spirit and magic of the original Santa's Village while making updates over the years. Some sights will be familiar to you, while others will be brand new.

Bikes, passes + the fine print

Passes, bikes and policies

What type of bike can I bring?

Bring your own mountain bike or rent from the SkyPark Bike Shop. Guest-owned bikes and gear must be in good repair, with mountain bike tires, front and rear brakes and no throttle. Class 1 pedal-assist e-bikes are permitted. Not allowed on the trails — child or "shotgun" seats, road bikes, motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs, mountain scooters, throttle-powered Class 2 and 3 e-bikes (even with the throttle removed), babies in carriers, mountain boards, skateboards, hoverboards, electric unicycles, drones and service animals.

Do you rent bikes?

Limited quantities of mountain bikes are available first come, first served at the park. You can also add a bike rental to your online ticket purchase — make and model vary with availability.

What if I lost or forgot my Annual Pass wristband?

You'll need to purchase a replacement wristband to enter the park. Each Passholder must carry and present a current wristband on entry; a non-refundable $5 fee (or the fee SkyPark designates) replaces a lost or forgotten one. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive their wristbands.

What are your purchase terms and conditions?

Paid admission is required, and every guest completes a waiver. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and revocable, admit one person, and reserve a specific date. If we must close for weather or safety, you're welcome to use your ticket on another date within 365 days. Discounts can't be combined. Annual Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, require a personal photo on file and a current wristband at entry, and aren't valid for private or separately ticketed events. Prices, hours and availability are subject to change without notice.

Do you have assistance for guests with disabilities?

Yes. SkyPark is committed to exceptional guest experiences and is an IBCCES Certified Autism Center. Our Accessibility page covers the Golden Ticket Program, the Caregiver Program, service animals, wheelchairs, dietary needs and the Pre-Travel Survey to request accommodation.

Is the park ADA compliant?

We comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations in order to ensure that all of our guests have a positive experience at the park.
